We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) unless you explicitly include it in submitted content.

2. How Your Data Is Used

The submitted content is transmitted securely to our backend server for processing using an AI language model. This model evaluates the content to identify legal risks, unusual clauses, or complex terms.

We use this data only for the purpose of providing analysis and generating a response.

3. Data Retention

• Submitted data is processed temporarily and is not stored after analysis is complete.
• We do not log, persist, or associate the content with any user profile.
• ClauseGuard does not track your browsing history or passive activity.
